Trevor is a graduate of Grove City College–a rigorous private college in Northwestern Pennsylvania–with a B.A. and High Honors in Communication Studies and an additional Focus in Mechanical Engineering.

Despite a full-time course load, for the majority of his college career Trevor worked in Bose’s retail division where he took on managerial responsibilities including staff training and coaching. After graduation, Trevor was immediately promoted to Lead Sales Specialist–third store manager–where he continued to focus on the development of a rigorously customer-focused approach to sales. Promoted again in 2014 to the position of Assistant Manager at Bose’s Michigan City, Indiana store, Trevor rose to Store Manager in 2016 and operated the store until 2017, leading and developing his team in all aspects of advanced sales, customer service, and client management.

After five years in the Automotive industry, including sales and the Service Manager position running a Mazda dealership Service Department, he accepted a position as Client Account Manager for an industrial marketing firm in Pittsburgh. He was quickly promoted to department head as Senior Account Manager and then to Director level where he manages a cross-functional team dedicated to improving the bottom line of dozens of manufacturing companies worldwide.

Trevor harbors a love of automobiles and general technology. He founded the technical section of Grove City College’s Collegian newspaper to better serve the college’s tech community and maintained that position until graduation.

Passionate about teamwork and dedicated to achieving collaborative goals, Trevor Sibley looks forward to continuing his career in a team-based environment that will challenge him with the need for creative solutions and genuine customer focus.
